How do I prove discrimination?
Your task is to present facts that make discrimination probable: messages, decisions, comparable examples, witnesses. The burden of proof then shifts to the opposing party, which must prove it did not discriminate.
Does the procedure before the Commission cost anything?
Filing a complaint with the Commission is free of charge and relatively fast, and the Commission's opinion is also strong evidence in any subsequent court proceedings.
Someone is spreading falsehoods about me on Facebook. What should I do?
First secure the evidence: a screenshot with the date, the link and the profile. Then act quickly: the deadlines for insult and defamation lawsuits are very short, as a rule three months from learning of the post.
