How long does company formation take?
Registration in the Central Registry through the one-stop-shop system normally takes a few working days. The real question is the quality of the founding documents: they are the foundation of the relations between the shareholders for years to come.
Do you work with foreign founders?
Yes, that is one of our core specialties. Through the Lex Global package, the company can be registered even without your physical presence, by power of attorney.
Why a lawyer-drafted contract instead of an internet template?
A template is free until the first dispute. A contract tailored to your deal addresses precisely the risks that are real in your case, and costs negligibly little compared to a single lost dispute.
Do you offer ongoing monthly legal support for companies?
Yes. For companies that need regular support we work under a monthly engagement: contract drafting and review, statutory filings, employment documentation and day-to-day legal questions are covered within an agreed scope, with a defined monthly fee.
Can you handle Central Registry changes for our company?
Yes. Changes of director, capital, seat, name or founders are prepared and filed through the Central Registry by a licensed registration agent, including the beneficial-owner register update where required (statutory deadline: 8 days from the change).
Do you work with foreign-owned companies in English?
Yes. The whole cooperation can run in English: resolutions, powers of attorney, contracts and reports are prepared bilingually where needed, while filings before the authorities are made in Macedonian by the firm.
