Registration in the Central Registry through the one-stop-shop system normally takes a few working days. The real question is the quality of the founding documents: they are the foundation of the relations between the shareholders for years to come.
Do you work with foreign founders?
Yes, that is one of our core specialties. Through the Lex Global package, the company can be registered even without your physical presence, by power of attorney.
